CLIENT SPECIFIC CERTIFICATION
Based on the unique claim processing protocols and requirements of each client, NOVA
Catastrophe Response provides client-specific certification to our personnel and field adjusters.
The client will approve this certification course outlined by NCR prior to its implementation.
Each adjuster is certified by NOVA Catastrophe Response prior to being added to our active
roster. To become a member of our team, adjusters need to pass our certification exam with a
minimum overall score of 80%. The certification program for NOVA Catastrophe Response
covers the following primary subjects:

- Policy Knowledge and Interpretation
- Contents Loss and Adjustment
- Loss of Use / ALE
- Civil Authority and Ordinance or Law
- Salvage
COMMERCIAL LINES:
- Estimatics

- BPP Loss and Adjustment
- Business Interruption
- Civil Authority and Ordinance or Law
- ITV and Coinsurance Compliance
